How to book

Choose your option from:

By Cheque or Cash

  • Visit the ArtsLink office on the first floor of The Manor House - a lift is available.  We are open from 10am –1pm every weekday.  At other times, please leave your booking at the ground floor reception.
  • Return your booking form and cheque payment by post (see below for how to get a booking form)

By Credit or Debit Card over the phone.

Places are subject to availability and remain unsecured until payment has been received in full.

Refund Policy - policy changes from 1 July 2017

Courses and classes: A refund will only be made if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booking date, unless the booking is made within the 14 days prior to the activity date, in which case no refund will be given.

If ArtsLink cancels a course or day class we will refund your payment in full.  

If for any reason a tutor is unable to attend, ArtsLink may provide a substitute tutor, in which case no refunds will be made.  

Trips, performances, ticketed events: Tickets are non-refundable.

Access Policy

ArtsLink aims to support and enable access to our programme of events and activities. Please contact us if you have any particular requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.

ArtsLink is able to offer some bursary support to those on low incomes.  Please contact us for further information.
